Zurück in die Dunkelkammer nach all den Jahren. Reduziertes Rotlicht. Emulsion mit breiten Pinseln in schnellen Strichen auf gerahmte Leinwände aufgetragen. Nach tagelangem Trocknen testbelichten. Entwickler mit kleinen Gießkannen über die Leinwände gießen und wieder auffangen. Wässern. Stoppen. Fixieren. Und raus damit ans Tageslicht. Gut? Gut!

Back into the darkroom after all these years. Reduced red light. Applying emulsion with wide brushes and fast strokes on the framed canvas. After drying for days a test exposure. The developer is poured over the canvas in little watering cans and collected by rain gutters. Then interrupting the development process by watering, and finally the fixing bath. And out to the light. Happy with the result? Fine!
